Terms & Conditions Club388 – Complete Guide Platform Rules for Malaysian Members

By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by Club388 through the website club388.my or any related platform, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and Club388. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use Club388's services.

The latest version of these Terms & Conditions takes effect from 1 January 2026. Any use of the Club388 platform after that date will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms.

To be eligible to register and use Club388's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above on the registration date
• Residing in or accessing the platform from Malaysia
• Hold a valid Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name
• Has never had their account suspended, banned, or restricted by Club388 previously
• Not acting as a representative, agent, or intermediary for any third party in any transaction
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia

Club388 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age verification at any time. Members who fail to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe risk having their account temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) registered account at Club388 at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any related bonuses or credits.

Upon registration, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, truthful and complete information including your full name, Malaysian phone number and e-wallet or bank account details
• Keep your Club388 account username and password strictly confidential at all times
• Notify Club388 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party
• Not sharing access to your Club388 account with any other individual, including family members

Club388 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

All financial transactions at Club388 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Club388 accepts Malaysian local payment methods only, including:

• E-wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks

Deposit Requirements:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name
• Club388 does not accept deposits from third parties, business accounts or unverifiable funding sources
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds to 15 minutes

Withdrawal Requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method that has been registered and verified under the member's name
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on the method and time of request
• Any active bonus rollover requirements must be fully completed before winnings derived from bonus credits can be withdrawn

Club388 offers a range of bonus and promotional programmes for its members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotional offer. The general conditions that apply to all Club388 bonuses are as follows:

• Each member is eligible to receive Welcome Bonus once only, for their first deposit
• 100% Welcome Bonus awarded up to a maximum of RM500 and requires a rollover of 5x total bonus amount received
• All bonuses are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of crediting, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms
• Only one active bonus permitted per game category at any one time
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be converted to cash, and may not be used to settle any debt
• Withdrawing before the rollover is completed will result in any associated bonus credit balance being forfeited

Club388 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through fraud, system exploitation, or any conduct that violates the spirit of our promotional programmes. Attempts to abuse bonuses — including bonus arbitrage, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using betting strategies designed to guarantee risk-free winnings — are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

All bets placed at Club388 are final once confirmed by the system. The general betting rules that apply to all Club388 products are as follows:

• Bets can only be placed when your account has sufficient credits
• Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except under exceptional circumstances as determined by Club388

• Bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed or played at a different venue will be settled in accordance with the market settlement policy set by Club388

• Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs within the Club388 system
• Abusive, threatening or disrespectful behaviour towards the Club388 support team

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the Club388 support team. All valid remaining funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days once all verifications have been completed.

Club388 provides its platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly, we do not guarantee that our services will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times.

Club388 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes
• Service interruptions resulting from system maintenance, technical failures, or issues beyond our control
• Transaction delays or failures resulting from issues on the part of the payment provider or banking institution
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Club388 platform
• Acts or omissions by third parties including game providers, payment service providers or internet service providers

In all circumstances, Club388's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision shall be severed and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
